1. The promoter of this “ APAT on Sky Poker ” promotion (the “Promotion”) is Sky Poker with registered address at at 4th Floor, 55 Line Wall Road, Gibraltar, GX11 1AA.
2. These terms (the “Promotional Terms”) apply to the Promotion and are additional to the standard terms and conditions of Sky Poker.
3. All entrants that are eligible (see below) for this Promotion, and participate in it, will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Promotional Terms.
4. To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, you must:
- be at least eighteen (18) years old
- not use a virtual private network (VPN) to access the poker software
- hold or have opened a valid account with Sky Poker whereby we have verified your identity; o not be an employee, or family member of any employee, of Sky Poker, its ultimate parent company, or any subsidiary and/or affiliated company of Operator or its parent company together with every direct or indirect, subsidiaries and affiliated companies of that ultimate parent company, and their respective successors and assigns (collectively the “Flutter Group”) and/or their agents; and
- not (i) be prohibited from participating in any gambling activities for any reason; or (ii) have self excluded from gambling with Sky Poker, via any multi-operator self-exclusion scheme (for example, GAMSTOP)
5. If a tournament is cancelled or interrupted, Sky Poker will return the buy in or the tickets to the players and they will be able to register for the next available event. Sky Poker will not offer any additional compensation to the players if the event is cancelled or interrupted, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
6. We, [or any third party providing services to us in connection with this Promotion (the “Third Party”)] will disqualify you from the Promotion immediately if:
- you attempt, or We suspect that you have attempted, to participate in the Promotion using multiple accounts (either accounts held under multiple names with Sky Poker, or multiple accounts across any Flutter Group company)
- We reasonably suspect that you have colluded with other players to take advantage of the Promotion; or
- We and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to disqualify players if they reasonably suspect that collusion or other abusive strategies takes place. Players must comply with the eligibility requirements of these terms and conditions. Sky Poker and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to withhold any prize won by anyone whom Sky Poker is aware or have reasonable grounds to believe is ineligible
7. We will withhold any [prize] won by you if We reasonably believe that you are ineligible to participate in the Promotion.
8. We may amend or cancel this Promotion or amends its terms and conditions without notice if the amendment or cancellation is required for legal and/or regulatory reasons. Any such amendment will not have a detrimental effect on any players that have already participated, or are participating in, this Promotion. In particular if we cancel this Promotion after you have entered it, that will not affect the validity of your participation in it.
9. By taking part in online APAT events you agree for Sky Poker to share your details with APAT who will register you with the live venues hosting APAT tournaments.
10. Vegas 27 promotion period 19/03/2026 to 27/11/2026
11. Customers need to be 21+ in order to win the Las Vegas package. For this reason, persons aged between 18-20 may participate in this promotion but will not be eligible to win the package, unless they turn 21 before May 31st 2027. Should such event occur, they will be awarded a cash alternative equivalent to the $10,000 Poker Bankroll.
12. Players cannot directly buy into the Vegas27 Live Final, invites for the final have no monetary value and cannot be sold or transferred to any third party.
13. The Las Vegas package includes:
- $10,000 Poker Bankroll
- 7 nights stay for you and a guest on the Las Vegas strip
- £1,000 in cash, that you could use to cover your flight costs
- $1,000 in cash to cover expenses in Las Vegas
14. The $1,000 in cash can only be claimed on attendance in Las Vegas.
15. If any tournament is cancelled or interrupted, APAT will adhere to the terms and conditions of either it’s live or online partners. APAT will not offer any additional compensation to the players if the event is cancelled or interrupted, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
16. The eligibility of the winner and/or their guest to enter the USA is entirely their own responsibility, and if for any reason they are ineligible to enter the USA, APAT will not accept any liability and no compensation will be awarded.
17. The package winner is responsible for taking out and maintaining adequate travel and medical insurance covering their trip.
18. Only one (1) Vegas27 Live Final invite can be offered per person.
19. We, [or any third party providing services to us in connection with this Promotion (the “Third Party”)] will disqualify you from the Promotion immediately if:
- you attempt, or We suspect that you have attempted, to participate in the Promotion using multiple online accounts (either accounts held under multiple names with Sky Poker, or multiple accounts across any Flutter Group company) or multiple entries via PokerRaffles.com
- We reasonably suspect that you have colluded with other players to take advantage of the Promotion; or
- We and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to disqualify players if they reasonably suspect that collusion or other abusive strategies takes place. Players must comply with the eligibility requirements of these terms and conditions. APAT and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to withhold any prize won by anyone whom APAT is aware or have reasonable grounds to believe is ineligible
20. We will withhold any [prize] won by you if We reasonably believe that you are ineligible to participate in the Promotion.
