1. Customers playing in GBP the value will auto convert to the EUR equivalent depending on the exchange rate. Exchange rates for all financial transactions are fixed daily at 21:00 GMT. Although, for example, when opting in to a tournament that spans over a longer timeframe, the winnings will be calculated from the same rate used at the day of registration, not the one at the day of the winning.

2. Sky Betting and Gaming reserve the right to withhold, restrict, or cancel this Promotion from individual account holders in accordance with its eligibility, promotion abuse, and internal trading risk policies at its reasonable discretion and with prior notice.

3. We reserve the right to exclude players that participate in the promotion with multiple accounts, or who adopt an abusive strategy during an active promotion.  An abusive strategy includes, but is not limited to, any one or more of the following types of play: acting in collusion with other players, chip dumping, using game theory optimal ‘solvers’.
