1. The promoter of this” Las Vegas” promotion (the “Promotion”) is Sky Poker with registered address at at 4th Floor, 55 Line Wall Road, Gibraltar, GX11 1AA.

2. These terms (the “Promotional Terms”) apply to the Promotion and are additional to the standard terms and conditions of Sky Poker.

3. All entrants that are eligible (see below) for this Promotion, and participate in it, will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Promotional Terms.

4. To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, you must:

• be at least eighteen (18) years old
• not use a virtual private network (VPN) to access the poker software; 
• hold or have opened a valid account with Sky Poker whereby we have verified your identity; o not be an employee, or family member of any employee, of Sky Poker, its ultimate parent company, or any subsidiary and/or affiliated company of Operator or its parent company together with every direct or indirect, subsidiaries and affiliated companies of that ultimate parent company, and their respective successors and assigns (collectively the “Flutter Group”) and/or their agents; and
• not (i) be prohibited from participating in any gambling activities for any reason; or (ii) have self excluded from gambling with Sky Poker, via any multi-operator self-exclusion scheme (for example, GAMSTOP)

5. Promotion Period: 02/03/2026 to 24/05/2026.

6. Each player is eligible to win a maximum of one Las Vegas package worth approximately £3,500. Any player who wins more than one package through this or any other Las Vegas promotion will be awarded the 2^nd place prize with the package instead being awarded to the next eligible player.

7. Customers need to be 21+ in order to win a Las Vegas package. For this reason, persons aged between 18-20 may participate in this promotion but will not be eligible to win a package, unless they turn 21 before June 13^th 2026. Should such event occur, they will be awarded the 2^nd place prize with the package instead being awarded to the next eligible player.

8. Players cannot directly buy a Las Vegas package. It is exclusively for players who have qualified through various promotions offered by Sky Poker and Paddy Power Poker only.

9. As a condition of receiving their prize, winners must use the prize money awarded for the purpose of arranging travel to Las Vegas. The package cannot be sold or transferred to any third party. No cash equivalent will be awarded if the package is not used.

10. The Las Vegas package includes:

• 7 nights stay for you and a guest at the 4* hotel, Planet Hollywood, on the Las Vegas strip.
• Package dates 13^th-20^th June 2026
• £1,000 credited to your SB&G account, that you could use to cover your flight costs.
• $1,000 in cash to cover expenses in Las Vegas
• Food vouchers
• A welcome party on Sunday June 14^th
• A leaving party on Thursday June 18^th

11. The $1,000 in cash and the food vouchers can only be claimed on attendance during the outlined trip dates of 13^th-20^th June 2026.

12. If a tournament is cancelled or interrupted, Sky Poker will return the buy in or the network tickets to the players and they will be able to register for the next available event. Sky Poker will not offer any additional compensation to the players if the event is cancelled or interrupted, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

13. The eligibility of the winner and/or their guest to enter the USA is entirely their own responsibility, and if for any reason they are ineligible to enter the USA, Sky Poker will not accept any liability and no compensation will be awarded.

14. Package winners are responsible for taking out and maintaining adequate travel insurance covering the trip 13^th-20^th June 2026.

15. Only one (1) person per family, home address, computer, or IP address can enter the Promotion. Only one (1) entry in the Promotion is permitted per player.

16. We, [or any third party providing services to us in connection with this Promotion (the “Third Party”)] will disqualify you from the Promotion immediately if:

• you attempt, or We suspect that you have attempted, to participate in the Promotion using multiple accounts (either accounts held under multiple names with Sky Poker, or multiple accounts across any Flutter Group company)
• We reasonably suspect that you have colluded with other players to take advantage of the Promotion; or
• We and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to disqualify players if they reasonably suspect that collusion or other abusive strategies takes place. Players must comply with the eligibility requirements of these terms and conditions. Sky Poker and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to withhold any prize won by anyone whom Sky Poker is aware or have reasonable grounds to believe is ineligible

17. We will withhold any [prize] won by you if We reasonably believe that you are ineligible to participate in the Promotion.

18. We may amend or cancel this Promotion or amends its terms and conditions without notice if the amendment or cancellation is required for legal and/or regulatory reasons. Any such amendment will not have a detrimental effect on any players that have already participated, or are participating in, this Promotion. In particular if we cancel this Promotion after you have entered it, that will not affect the validity of your participation in it.

19. All general Sky Betting and Gaming rules and terms apply.
